Method

• Ask Farina for a third mission (he will give you Key:25600 to open Eremo's house door)
• go to Eremo Island, open his house and get a purple key (Key:25601) from chest
  
• go to Fibula and find the entrance (required Key:25601 to open the doors)
  
• enter the dungeon through teleport and you will appear in main teleport room
• you need to go to each room to open all levers (there is only one path order - each lever will remove only one stone what will let you go further to other room / Astarith room / Dhampir room
  
• the last step is to fight with Dhampir boss (after kill teleport in east side of boss room will appear)
• collect your reward (don't forget to take Purple Key (Key:25602) and Rare Yellow Enchant Gem instead of main reward)
