Massive Team Battle

Massive Team Battle (MTB) is a scheduled Blue-versus-Red event with randomized teams, standardized level 30 combat setups and three lives per player.

Schedule and registration

Automatic registrations open at 02:00, 10:00, 14:00 and 20:00 server time when at least two players are online. The current registration window lasts 1 minute. Watch the server broadcast.

To join:

  1. Be at least level 8 and have a vocation.
  2. Move into a Protection Zone and stay there until the event begins.
  3. Make sure you do not have a red skull.
  4. Type !mtb join while registration is open.

At least 2 and at most 100 players can participate. Leaving the Protection Zone before the start removes you from the registration.

Match rules

  • Registered players are shuffled between Blue and Red teams.
  • The map is randomly selected from Wood, Desert and Ice.
  • Everyone receives standardized level 30 vocation stats, equipment and supplies.
  • Friendly fire against your own team is blocked.
  • Each player has 3 lives. After a death, HP and mana are restored and the player returns to the team spawn.
  • After the third death, the player leaves the event and their normal character state is restored.
  • The active match lasts up to 2 minutes. It can end earlier if a team reaches 300 frags or has no players left.
  • Teleport Crystal and selected movement/escape abilities cannot be used during MTB.

The MTB channel displays the selected map, score, players remaining and time left.

Scoring

Each valid enemy kill adds one frag to the killer and their team. When time expires, the team with more frags wins; equal scores produce a draw.

Rewards

The post-event experience bonus lasts 12 hours:

Result Experience bonus
Winning team +5%
Draw +3%
Losing team +1%

The player with the most kills receives a personalized Battle Medal. Winning participants also progress the relevant guild achievement.

Safety and restoration

Your original equipment and character stats are replaced only for the event. They are restored when you lose all lives, when the event ends or on your next login if a disconnect interrupts the match.

If the event does not start, the most common causes are fewer than two valid registrations or registered players leaving the Protection Zone.

Quick checklist

Before registration closes During the match
Stay in PZ, use !mtb join, and wait for confirmation. Follow team colors, avoid wasting attacks on allies and watch the MTB channel.
Do not relog unless necessary; a relogged registration may need to be restored. You have three lives; after respawning, rejoin your team's fight quickly.
