The Guild System lets players create permanent communities, progress through shared achievements, unlock guild-wide ranks and buffs, manage a common bank and emblem, and fight organised guild wars. Everything is managed from the Guilds button in the inventory sidebar of the official client.

The old Guild Scroll is no longer required. Creating a guild does not cost Premium Points or Shop Points and does not consume a scroll.

At a glance

Feature Current rule
Creating a guild Level 8 or higher; the character must not already belong to a guild.
Guild name 5-16 letters or spaces, must contain a vowel, and must be unique.
Member experience Every guild member receives a base +5% experience bonus.
Member capacity 250 members, increased to 255 at Guild Rank 6.
Shared progression 70 achievements with three tiers each, Guild Ranks 1-6 and 21 upgradeable guild buffs.
Guild Bank Members may deposit supported coins and bars. Deposits fund buffs and cannot be withdrawn.
PvP Direct guild wars and the separate War Mode system are both available.

Creating and joining a guild

Creating a guild

  1. Open the Guilds window from the inventory sidebar.
  2. Select Create Guild.
  3. Enter a unique guild name containing 5-16 letters or spaces. The name must include at least one vowel (A, E, I, O, U or Y).
  4. Confirm the creation.

The founding character becomes the Leader immediately. No Guild Scroll, Premium Points or Shop Points are charged.

Invites and joining

Leaders and Vice-Leaders can invite characters who do not already belong to a guild. The invited player sees the invitation in the Guilds window and may accept or decline it. A player cannot join without an invitation.

New members enter a 24-hour probation period. During probation they cannot leave the guild, cannot be kicked, and the guild cannot be disbanded. The same probation begins for the founder when the guild is created.

Roles and member management

Role Main permissions
Leader Full guild management; promote or demote Vice-Leaders; transfer leadership; disband the guild; manage custom ranks; upgrade buffs; unlock and change emblems; toggle War Mode; manage direct wars; view activity and deposit history.
Vice-Leader Invite and revoke invitations; kick regular members; manage member nicknames and compatible custom ranks; change the displayed rank colour; handle direct wars; access Guild Master progression, activity logs and deposit history.
Member View guild information, members, achievements, ranks, buffs and emblems; deposit into the Guild Bank; set their own guild nickname; leave after probation.

Guild nicknames use the same basic format as guild names: 5-16 letters or spaces and at least one vowel. Leaders and Vice-Leaders may also create custom rank names of up to 20 characters. A custom rank is based on either Member or Vice-Leader permissions; it does not create arbitrary new privileges. Assigning a custom rank requires the target character to be offline and the new rank to use the same permission tier.

The member view contains search and sorting tools and shows character details such as level, reborns, vocation, health, mana, skills, outfit and total bank contribution. Leaders and Vice-Leaders can also change the colour used for the guild's displayed rank label.

Leaving, kicking and leadership

  • A Leader cannot leave normally. Transfer leadership first or disband the guild.
  • Leadership transfer is immediate and irreversible through the Guild window. The previous Leader becomes a regular member.
  • Leaving or being kicked removes 15 Mastery Points from the departing character. The guild also receives a 15-point Mastery penalty, and the departing character's Mastery contribution is no longer counted in the guild total.
  • During War Mode, a member may leave only from a Protection Zone.
  • During War Mode, kicking an online member requires both the acting officer and the target member to be in a Protection Zone, No-PvP Zone or house. Normal probation restrictions still apply.

Guild Bank

Every member may deposit currency from their inventory or backpacks. The following values are accepted:

Currency Bank value
Gold Coin 1 gold
Platinum Coin 100 gold
Crystal Coin 10,000 gold
Crystal Bar 1,000,000 gold

Choose the currency and amount in the Guild Bank panel. The system removes the selected currency and adds its gold value to the guild balance.

Deposits cannot be withdrawn. The Guild Bank is a permanent progression fund used for guild buff upgrades. Check the amount carefully before confirming.

The member list shows each character's lifetime contribution. Leaders and Vice-Leaders can inspect, search and sort the latest 50 deposits.

Guild buffs

Buffs are permanent guild-wide upgrades. They benefit every current member and remain attached to the guild. Only the Leader can buy an upgrade, and its gold cost is paid from the Guild Bank.

Each buff has ten levels, but its current maximum is limited by Guild Rank:

Guild Rank Maximum buff level
0 2
1 4
2 6
3 7
4 8
5 9
6 10

The table uses the same buff artwork as the official client's Guild window.

Upgrade costs

Upgrade Gold cost
Level 0 → 1 5,000,000
Level 1 → 2 25,000,000
Level 2 → 3 75,000,000
Level 3 → 4 150,000,000

Level 7 → 8 800,000,000
Level 8 → 9 900,000,000
Level 9 → 10 1,000,000,000

Fully upgrading one buff from level 0 to level 10 costs 4,605,000,000 gold. Each buff is upgraded and paid for separately.

Achievements and Guild Ranks

Guild achievement progress is shared. The current system contains 70 achievements:

  • 25 Mob Slayer achievements for hunting families of normal monsters;
  • 9 Boss Slayer achievements for major boss kills;
  • 36 Misc achievements covering guild activity and progression.

Every achievement has three tiers. Completing a tier adds one point to the guild's achievement count, for a theoretical total of 210 tiers. Slayer and Boss achievements may also grant their displayed permanent guild-wide combat bonuses. The Achievements panel shows the exact target, current shared progress, completed tiers and reward for every entry.

Guild Rank progression

Achievement tiers unlock the opportunity to advance, but promotion is not automatic. After reaching the required count, a Leader or Vice-Leader must talk to the Guild Master, complete the rank's Guild Island trial, defeat its enemies and return the marked Guild Orb to the Guild Master.

There is no Guild Scroll or Premium Point fee for rank advancement.

Rank Achievement tiers required Rank bonuses Maximum buff level
0 0 Base guild membership: +5% experience 2
1 15 +1% loot, +1% experience, +0.5% magic damage, +0.5% physical attack 4
2 30 +2% loot, +2% experience, +1% magic damage, +1% physical attack 6
3 45 +3% loot, +3% experience, +1.5% magic damage, +1.5% physical attack 7
4 60 +4% loot, +4% experience, +2% magic damage, +2% physical attack 8
5 75 +5% loot, +5% experience, +2.5% magic damage, +2.5% physical attack 9
6 90 +6% loot, +6% experience, +3% magic damage, +3% physical attack; member limit increases to 255 10

Rank bonuses are guild-wide and are added to the base +5% member experience. For example, a Rank 6 member receives +11% guild experience before any War Mode bonus.

Guild emblems

The Emblems panel contains 170 guild emblems. Emblems 001-021 are free. Emblems 022-170 cost 50 Premium Points each and are unlocked permanently for that guild; the cost is charged to the Leader's account.

Only the Leader can unlock or apply an emblem. A changed emblem is shown to all members and to players browsing the guild list. Emblems can be changed no more than once per one hour, including a reset to the default emblem.

Guild wars and PvP

The system has two different kinds of guild conflict. They should not be confused:

System How it starts Objective and reward
Direct Guild War A Leader or Vice-Leader declares war on one selected guild, which must accept. First guild to the selected frag limit wins. An optional equal item stake from both guilds is paid to the winner.
War Mode Each Leader independently turns War Mode ON. Its combat rules apply between guilds that both have it ON. Open-ended conflict with no declared-war frag target; members receive +10% experience while their guild's War Mode is ON.

Direct Guild War

Browse another guild and choose the war option. The declaration contains:

  • a frag limit from 1 to 500;
  • an optional equal stake from 0 to 100,000 units per guild;
  • one stake currency: WAT Coin, Golden Token, Silver Token or Crystal Bar.

The declaring guild pays its stake when sending the declaration. The challenged guild must pay the same stake when accepting. A rejected or cancelled pending declaration returns the reserved stake. The first guild to reach the frag limit wins, and both stakes are delivered to the winning guild Leader's inbox. War kills are justified and the score is announced to participating guild members.

War Mode

Only the Leader can toggle War Mode, and the setting can be changed once every 24 hours. While it is ON:

  • all members receive +10% experience;
  • members of two different guilds that both have War Mode ON can fight each other outside safe zones without needing a direct war declaration;
  • the guild cannot be disbanded;
  • leaving and kicking are restricted as described in Leaving, kicking and leadership.

War Mode does not replace direct wars: a direct war has its own acceptance, frag limit, score and optional stake. Protection Zones, No-PvP Zones and houses remain the safe locations used by the membership restrictions.

Members of the same guild may also fight each other without an unjustified-kill penalty.

Activity and deposit history

Leaders and Vice-Leaders can open the guild activity log. It keeps the latest 200 recorded events, including joins, leaves, kicks, invitations, promotions and demotions, leadership transfers, guild creation, emblem changes, buff upgrades and War Mode changes. The view supports searching, filtering and sorting.

The Guild Bank has a separate latest-50 deposit history. Regular members can see their contribution totals but not the officer-only history views.

Disbanding and inactivity

Only the Leader can disband a guild. Disbanding is blocked while War Mode is ON or while any member is still in the 24-hour probation period. The action is irreversible and removes the guild's membership, progression, bank, buffs and emblem unlocks.

Leader inactivity: if the guild Leader does not log in for 12 months, the inactive guild is removed automatically.
