To gain access to Arctica City, you must first complete the Pirate Arctucs NPC missions. Once inside the city, you can hunt Sea Order Reborn monsters.
Arctica city houses all the necessary Sea Order task monsters. Furthermore, completing Arctica Quest will reward you with one of the frozen weapons, which will significantly accelerate your progress from 150 to 300.
The requirements for this quest are:
- completing the first Reborn
- reaching level 150 after the first Reborn.
- Completing Chief Zari NPC Mission
