Character Auctions are a separate client system for selling and buying a complete character. They are not the same as the item auctions inside the WAD Market.
The WAD Market is the in-game trading window for normal sell offers, buy offers and item auctions. Use the Market object in game to open it. Normal offers do not require reborns; the Auctions tab has its own requirement.

The auction window shows the character's name, vocation, level, reborns, health, mana, combat skills, outfit and equipped items. The listing also displays whether it uses Premium Points or Shop Points.

Listing your character
Use this registered player command from another character on the same account:

<pre>!addauction Character Name,Days,Starting Price,Buy Now Price</pre>

Example:

<pre>!addauction Dragon Knight,3,500,1200</pre>

Once listed, the auctioned character cannot log in until the auction finishes or is otherwise removed from the auction. Review its equipped items before confirming because the complete character is transferred to the winner's account.
Normal completed trades currently have no transaction fee. Creating an item auction has a separate commission.

* Place bids through the character-auction window in the client, not through a chat command.
The market understands more than the base item name. Use the available tools together:
* Normal player listings use Premium Points; the window identifies any listing that instead uses Shop Points.
* A bid must be higher than the current price and lower than Buy Now.
* You cannot bid on a character from your own account or outbid yourself while already leading.
* The full bid is reserved from your account balance. Previous bids are refunded when a new highest bidder takes the lead.
* Buy Now uses the displayed Buy Now price and finishes the auction immediately.

* type part of the item name in the search field;
* choose a category or currency;
* use the detailed filters for rarity, legendary properties, combat stats, enchantments, duration, charges and other displayed attributes;
* sort by name, total price, currency, seller, time remaining, amount or unit price;
* switch to your depot view when you want to list an item stored there;
* use My Offers to review or cancel your own listings.

# Open the item details and compare every rolled attribute before confirming the purchase.

If the auction ends with a winner, the entire character moves to the winner's account and the seller receives the final point amount. If nobody bids, ownership does not change.

Safety checklist before listing:
* Sell offers can last up to 7 days and may be created from a carried item or the current depot.
* A character may have up to 15 active buy offers. A buy offer can request up to 100 pieces of a stackable item.
* An empty container cannot be listed. Remove its contents first.
* Cancelling a sell offer returns the item to your inbox. Cancelling a buy offer returns Gold Coins to the bank and item currencies to the inbox.
* Gold proceeds are credited to the seller's bank. Wad Coins and Golden Tokens are delivered as items to the inbox.
* The personal history view shows recent purchases and sales. The price-history tool shows up to the last 50 completed trades for the selected item and currency, including their average.

Partial stack purchases
Only stackable items can be bought partially. The listing's total price must divide evenly by its full stack size.

# Confirm the starting and Buy Now prices; the command does not ask a second time.
# Remember that the listed character is unavailable for play during the auction.

Golden Tokens Yes Yes No

Normal completed trades currently have no transaction fee. Creating an item auction has a separate commission.

Finding the right item

The market understands more than the base item name. Use the available tools together:

 • type part of the item name in the search field;
 • choose a category or currency;
 • use the detailed filters for rarity, legendary properties, combat stats, enchantments, duration, charges and other displayed attributes;
 • sort by name, total price, currency, seller, time remaining, amount or unit price;
 • switch to your depot view when you want to list an item stored there;
 • use My Offers to review or cancel your own listings.

Quick search workflow for equipment

 1. Search for the item's market name, for example samurai katana.
 2. Select the equipment category and the currency you intend to spend.
 3. Apply rarity or attribute filters only after the name search; this keeps the result list easy to compare.
 4. Sort by unit price for stacks or by total price for single equipment pieces.
 5. Open the item details and compare every rolled attribute before confirming the purchase.

Offers and delivery

 • Sell offers can last up to 7 days and may be created from a carried item or the current depot.
 • A character may have up to 15 active buy offers. A buy offer can request up to 100 pieces of a stackable item.
 • An empty container cannot be listed. Remove its contents first.
 • Cancelling a sell offer returns the item to your inbox. Cancelling a buy offer returns Gold Coins to the bank and item currencies to the inbox.
 • Gold proceeds are credited to the seller's bank. Wad Coins and Golden Tokens are delivered as items to the inbox.
 • The personal history view shows recent purchases and sales. The price-history tool shows up to the last 50 completed trades for the selected item and currency, including their average.

Partial stack purchases

Only stackable items can be bought partially. The listing's total price must divide evenly by its full stack size.

Example listing Unit price Can buy 25? Price for 25
100 Wad Coins for 100 items 1 Wad Coin Yes 25 Wad Coins
95 Wad Coins for 100 items Not a whole number No Buy the complete listing instead

Before confirming: the price shown on a listing is the total price. Use the unit-price column when comparing stacks.
