We Are Dragons uses four combat paths. Every path has a base vocation followed by first-promotion, Grand and Ancient tiers.

These are base vocation values before other systems modify combat behavior.

== Build progression ==

* [[Mastery Tree]] provides path-specific skills and later progression ranks.
* [[Set's bonus]] groups equipment bonuses by compatible pieces.
* [[Item rarity]] and [[Item Reroll]] add normal bonus attributes appropriate to the item type and set.
* [[Legendary Attributes]] can change how advanced builds play.
* [[Reborn system]] unlocks the long-term progression loop used by later content.
