This is a place that requires you to be level 80, at least, to go through the first door. However, I suggest that you are at least level 140, because the creatures that are in this tower are dark and very strong. When Boss Ferumbras appears, a message will appear on your screen, so you can be sure that in the final room Boss will be there.
