Method

Ask Farina for a third mission
go to Eremo Island, open his house and get a purple key (Key:25601) from chest
go to Fibula and find the entrance (required Key:25601 to open the doors)
enter the dungeon through teleport and you will appear in main teleport room
you need to go to each room to open all levers (there is only one path order - each lever will remove only one stone what will let you go further to other room/boss room
the last step is to fight with Dhampir boss (after kill teleport in east side of boss room will appear)
collect your reward (don't forget to take Purple Key (Key:25602) and Rare Yellow Enchant Gem instead of main reward)
