Requirements

Quest Walkthrough
Part 1 – Storm Island
To begin this quest, you must defeat all four Ancient Dragon Monster Point Bosses located on Storm Island.
Required boss kills:
- Ancient Ice Dragon – requires 2000 points from Ice, Fire, Jungle, or Thunder Warmasters
- Ancient Green Dragon – requires 2000 points from Ice, Fire, Jungle, or Thunder Wizards
- Ancient Red Dragon – requires 4000 points from Ice, Fire, Jungle, or Thunder Hunters or Knights
- Ancient Golden Dragon – requires 2000 points from Ice, Fire, Jungle, or Thunder Magicians
Monster Point NPC location:
1. Travel to Storm Island by boat (Nivalis → Storm Island).
2. After arriving, run slightly south from the dock and go down the stairs.
3. Follow the red line in the reference images until you reach the lowest floor.
At the bottom level, you will find all four Monster Point NPCs responsible for summoning the specific Ancient Dragon bosses.
Once you have accumulated the required Monster Points, speak to the NPC and use the following dialogue to summon each boss:

After defeating all four Ancient Dragon bosses, proceed to Part 2.
Part 2 – Arctica
Next, travel to Dragon Fall and locate the NPC Captain Arctus, found at the west harbor (west of the depot).
Speak with him to sail to Arctica.
Once in Arctica:
1. Follow the red line shown in the reference images.
2. At the end of the path, go up the stairs, then head west to find another staircase leading downward.
3. Continue following the marked route. When you reach the final set of stairs, go up again.
If you have not yet defeated all the Storm Island bosses, you will be unable to pass this section.
Return and complete those kills before proceeding.
Cross the bridge and descend the next set of stairs to reach a small island filled with monsters.
Here you must:
- Farm 1500 Monster Points by killing the local monsters.
- Collect 30 Vials of Frozen Blood (auto-loot does not collect these; open corpses manually).
Quest NPC Location
Follow the marked route and go down the stairs at the end.
Then run straight south until you reach the NPC.
This NPC will request 30 Vials of Frozen Blood.
After handing them over, you will receive a book containing information about the next vampire item quest.
You will also gain access to speak with the Monster Point Summon NPC.
Monster Point Summon NPC location: In the same underground area, instead of running south, head north to find the NPC Blazewraith Master.
To summon the boss:
1. Farm 1500 Monster Points by killing monsters in the quest area.
2. Speak to Blazewraith Master using the following dialogue: hi challenge yes 1 yes
This will initiate the boss encounter.
Boss Fight and Reward Room
You will be teleported into the boss arena.
Strategy:
You can kite the boss around the room, or move north behind the large crystal on the left side.
There is a single safe spot where the boss will stand diagonally from you, preventing beam spells from hitting you.
After killing the boss, wait briefly and you will be teleported to the reward room.
Click the small crystal chest in the center of the room to claim your rewards.
When finished, run south to find a purple teleport that will send you back to the bridge outside the quest area.
Quest Complete
Congratulations — you have completed the Cold Blood Vampire Ring Quest. This quest rewards powerful leech-related items and continues the progression of the vampire-themed storyline.
Tips
- Make sure to have Storm Island and Arctica access before starting.
- Auto-loot does not pick up Vials of Frozen Blood — open corpses manually.
- Each Ancient Dragon requires a different monster point type, so plan your farming routes efficiently.
- Keep distance when fighting bosses; they deal heavy elemental damage.
- If soloing, use terrain for protection — the crystal in the boss room offers a diagonal safe spot.
- The reward ring grants lifesteal bonuses useful for upcoming vampire and Zepar quests.
