you need to have with you Mysterious Violet Gem (reward from previous part of quest)
go to Folda Island and follow this path
enter the hole and go through whole tunnel untill you reach the quest chest
after use chest your Mysterious Violet Gem should change to Farina Doll
you got an access to Heavenium Island now
